Performs psychosocial assessment, counseling and referral of patients; provides a variety of casework and social services to patients and their families; provides patient with insurance information in accordance with Courtland Dialysis Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, OSHA, HCFA, AAMI, federal, state and local regulations.***Salary Range $ 65,536.06 $ 98,304.08***Salary Disclosure StatementThe salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role.
