The staff at NorthPoint prides itself on providing comprehensive short-stay clinical and rehabilitation services through our VitalStrong program. NorthPoint is an ideal choice for those recovering from a surgical procedure, stroke, orthopedic injury or requiring longer skilled nursing services.
