FutureCare Chesapeake is the premier provider for short-stay rehabilitation in Anne Arundel County. Comprehensive clinical and rehabilitation services utilizing progressive technology and equipment is the cornerstone of our VitalStrong programs. Chesapeake is also recognized as a Center of Excellence for our WalkStrong orthopedic program. On-site dialysis services are offered on-site for those requiring dialysis while in our care.
