Future Care Annapolis is such a blessing! The staff are so caring, attentive, responsive and genuinely kind to the residents and guests. There is an upbeat atmosphere in the entire building. Everything and everyone is so well taken care of. It’s such a beautiful facility and what makes it even more special are the people who work there.

Everyone’s very caring and courteous. Everyone works hard. The place is like a like assistant living home the tables are always set up. Nice they have coffee and tea hot chocolate they serve your meals to you. No issues here. Rooms are clean beds are always made up And best of all they have the best activities in the activity people are very courtesy and kind they pick you up from your room or where you’re at and bring you into activities

My family and I were confused and concerned because my mother’s bed was not working properly. Within less than two minutes, the Maintenance Supervisor came over and addressed the issue.Not only did he fix the bed, but he also took the time to explain to us what was causing the problem and gave us a much better understanding of what was happening. His quick response, professionalism, patience, and genuine care for my mother really stood out to our family.Overall, the response time and level of care were fantastic. It was reassuring to know that someone was willing to respond so quickly and make sure my mother was comfortable and safe. Annapolis!!!!♥️

Thank you for taking excellent care of my mother during her stay at FC Annapolis. This was my mom’s first stay at a SNF and you couldn’t have made it more pleasant for her! From the warm smiles at the reception desk and the Admissions team to the ongoing clinical management of her multiple comorbidities and overall physical debility, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Housekeeping staff were present daily to tidy her room, they always greeted her with a smile and friendly conversation. The dietician placed the appropriate recommendations to manage her difficult blood sugar fluctuations from an infection and taking steroids; she enjoyed the food and ate 3 nutritious meals every day. (Kudos to the kitchen staff as well). The clinical team monitored her labs closely, notifying the physician promptly for abnormal results. Treatment plans were put into place to correct the abnormal labs allowing my mom to feel better and stronger quickly. Dr. Mugera and his group were also very attentive and completed a comprehensive review of her medical history to tailor her treatment plan to her specific clinical needs. The nurses were friendly, attentive, and conscientious, always delivering medications on time and as ordered, their diligent care of a chronic leg ulcer has been successful in decreasing the size and drainage from the ulcer. Their management of her diabetes, chronic pain, and inflammation was excellent. The GNA’s were very friendly and kind, they delivered care with genuine compassion while allowing my mom dignity and autonomy, especially during the first few days when she was unable to even turn herself in bed. The rehab team motivated her in ways that amazed me- normally my mom is very self-limiting. At FC Annapolis, she was confident and encouraged to get to her highest level of functioning. I would often hear her joking and laughing with her therapists; how refreshing to see a family member have fun at a time when she was suffering so much! The Activities team did a very thorough assessment and promptly offered items that were individualized to meet her needs for socialization and entertainment. My mom felt special and was grateful for the thoughtfulness. The Social worker held an informative care plan meeting and worked diligently on her discharge to ensure we had all the necessary support and DME after discharge. My mom also visited the beauty salon to get her hair done during her stay, the beautician was talented and extremely friendly. As a family member, I am very grateful for the care and concern that was given to my mom. I am one of her caregivers at home, I felt like I had a much-needed respite, I was comfortable leaving her care in your very competent hands, and more importantly my mom was comfortable with the staff!
