A physical medicine & rehabilitation doctor (Physiatrist) is on every VitalStrong team
You will be with other rehab patients on our dedicated short-stay unit
Our team will ensure a seamless transition from the hospital to FutureCare, and home again
You’ll gain a better understanding of your diagnosis and how to best manage it with our education sessions and resource library
Our program may help reduce your chance of being readmitted to the hospital
