Our nurse practitioner works closely with your physician, along with nurses and therapists to create an individualized care planned based on your personal healthcare needs. A LifeBridge Health doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatrist) is also part of your treatment team. FutureCare Courtland features Renalis Kidney Services offering comfortable, in-patient dialysis services to our patients who need it.

I would recommend future care cherrywood rehabilitation department for anybody . In our gym we have the standing machine which will help you with stand and Ive Have used many times. Theres also a bicycle that you build up your arms and your legs for strength, And theres also a machine that you stand and you can hit numbers or pictures to help get your balance I have used all Of the equipment up in the gym to Help me. There are many therapist openness department and they are all very nice they work with you they help you in any way that they can but guess what we do the jobs we make sure that we get to where we need to be. So please come and join our team a future care cherrywood and youll get everything the way that we need to be walking or using our arms or whatever may be. I am a resident here At future care cherrywood and I enjoyed all the friends that Ive made and all of the GN As nurses that everybody is great.
