Celebrating Shana: A Workforce Training Success Story

At FutureCare, we take great pride in supporting team members on their paths to personal and professional growth. Today, we’re excited to highlight Shana, a standout graduate of the Celeebrate Us Workforce Training Program.

Through her dedication and determination, Shana successfully completed FutureCare’s 8-week Certified Nursing Assistant Program. She also earned her NHA-accredited Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification from the Community College of Baltimore County. In total, she walked away with an impressive four certifications from just one program with Celeebrate.
