If you or your loved one is in need of dialysis, FutureCare can provides dialysis services at 9 of our locations, eliminating the need for time consuming and costly transportation. At seven of our locations dialysis services are provided by Renalis Kidney Services. Those undergoing in-patient treatment receive care from a network of trained professionals, including physicians, (the specialist is known as a nephrologist), nurses, dietitians, social workers and other healthcare professionals.

A holistic, integrated process
Our team will help address all the health and daily care concerns that a dialysis patient may face, working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for each person. Special emphasis is placed on diet, exercise, and the administration of medications to enhance the quality of life for every patient. If a patient requires dialysis at a facility that does not offer in-house dialysis, we transport them to a nearby outpatient dialysis center for treatment.
